With a background in both accounting and finance, Noelle Nitz has worked with several companies across many different industries including law firms, manufacturing, e-commerce, professional services, distribution, and technical services amongst others. She brings a unique blend of whole company operational experience and leadership skills to her CFO capabilities. Her clients call her “more than just a CFO”, because Noelle acts as a true partner to the leadership team.
Prior to starting her own company, Ms. Nitz served as Vice President at Barclays Business Credit responsible for a $150 million commercial loan portfolio. She financed companies in several industries through mergers and acquisitions, high growth, and turnaround scenarios. During her tenure Ms. Nitz received Outstanding Achievement awards and was promoted five times. She graduated from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona with a business degree in Finance, Real Estate and Law and passed the CPA exam.


Worked closely with the Equity Partners to develop a framework to evaluate the profitability of practice areas and assess the accounting function. Created processes and reports that provide timely transparency for the successful management of cases and timekeepers. As a result the Equity Partners have valuable information that makes firm management easier.

This manufacturer is navigating complex production issues in a changing market. Assessed, lead and upgraded the accounting function to serve the company’s current and future goals. Set up KPI calculation and tracking systems to aid the entire company achieve their goals. Facilitated the strategic planning to align the owners and the team in clear identification and execution of company goals.

Navigated a complete overhaul of the accounting and finance function of this ultra high growth agency during COVID. Accounting was not only an administrative function at the agency, the program financial reports were a required monthly deliverable to the clients. Worked with leadership to improve program profitability, client satisfaction and the framework for orderly strategic planning and growth.
